DEV BORO DEES DINV TUMKA SOMESTANK

A new day has started in the history of KCWA, as you have selected a New Team to take care of the Management of KCWA for the term 2011-2013.   I am highly honored obliged for keeping your confidence in me to lead KCWA.

I do not agree that you have selected the best person to lead this very special association as I can mention a lot of names among ourselves, who capable to lead KCWA more professionally.  Nevertheless, I am always happy to be attached to KCWA family as I do not feel any extra burden or pressure to take up this responsibility. My past experience shows that there has been full pledged support from members for all the activities and they accept our weaknesses and support us to carry out our responsibilities.

Moreover, you have also provided a very good team.  It is encouraging to see so many new faces in Management Committee taking responsible positions. I wish my team a great success.  My humble advice to the new committee is, while delivering their responsibilities not to expect rewards, praises, appreciation, glory, instead,  sincerely carryout the delegated tasks to the best of your ability and leave the rest to Almighty to take care.

Furthermore, founder members have sown the seed of KCWA to serve the needy in our society and that seed has shaped into a big tree today – giving shelter to so many needy children back home and also kept all members in a special bond to support each other in Kuwait. Let us all together try our best to take up the challenge to give a new level and recognition to KCWA.

It is very important to know and understand that KCWA's motto is different from other associations. It does not exists for Entertainment or promoting Culture.. etc. This is not a comparison to any other association. KCWA always shares happiness when any association does charitable work.  In KCWA, members will have minimum benefit and maximum blessings from above for their sacrifice.

Before I conclude, I pray to our Patron Mother Mary  to grant us  the grace, spirit and courage to carryout her son's  mission on this Earth for his glory,  and keep us strong and united so that we are not bloated to praises or  break down to criticisms.

God Bless  and long live KCWA.
